While the plugin was thoroughly tested before launching, many clients have reported facing errors and other issues. Some of them are due to server security restriction etc.
I am working closely with the developer over the plugin issues and will announce updates further. As mentioned in the purchase page, the Plugin is shipped free of cost to the clients and is not a part of the theme package in real. I will not respond queries regarding the plugin for now and I kindly request the patience from the clients to co-operate in this matter.
The WP Remix theme works completely fine without plugin and has no issues as it is.
